Family Session in North Phoenix Desert {Phoenix family photographer}
One of my favorite locations for family sessions is the Sonoran Preserve in North Phoenix off Dove Valley Road. Such a beautiful desert backdrop with rolling hills in the foreground and background. And when we're really lucky, we get some beautiful pink-tinted clouds just before the sun begins to set.
I almost always do my family sessions about an hour or so before sunset so we get the most beautiful light. I can get the gorgeous light behind the family, and also the warm glow as the family faces the sun, if there are some clouds and squinting isn't required.
And this picture-perfect family nailed the outfits and colors. You can't go wrong with shades of blue and grey in just about any backdrop. And I love the pop of green!
