This past fall several high school seniors asked me to do their senior photos at Lake Pleasant. I love this North Phoenix location because it offers a gorgeous backdrop -- cactus-studded hills and trails that meander around a beautiful crown jewel of a lake.  Lots of little coves and big enough to always find something new.

I loved this session with Kate for a whole host of reasons. Of course, she's gorgeous, but she also nailed her outfits. I especially love the yellow dress against the yellow-flower-dotted hills and then in the water. Kate was a great sport about getting in the slimy, muddy water. It made for truly beautiful photos.

Wishing you a fun-filled last semester of high school, Kate!
