I recently did a family photo session at beautiful Papago Park in Phoenix. It was an early morning and we pretty much had the whole beautiful area to ourselves. I love Papago Park for its variety: red-rock background, desert, the tall grass area, and the light peeking through the trees and brush.
This time it was Mom and Dad and their two-year-old son, which always means one thing: the two-year-old is in charge. And that's just fine.
Whenever I photograph a toddler, there's lots of chasing, running, playing peek-a-boo, sometimes bribes, sometimes suspicious looks upon meeting me. But I always end up capturing some adorably candid moments.
Isn't he just adorable?
I still have a few holiday mini-sessions left for Saturday, Oct. 22, at Papago Park. For more details, click Mini-Session Details.
