2025 Ambassador Signup Info

Locations

Photo sessions will be offered at various studio and outdoor locations throughout the spring, summer, and fall. MOST of the sessions will be offered in spring and summer with signups below.
Most sessions will be on Sundays.
Most sessions will be 45 minutes with two dancers. This allows for maximum efficiency as dancers change outfits.
Some sessions that require more walking and getting around so session length will be longer and may include 3-4 dancers.
Some locations are restricted to dancers 12 and older. This is due to more intense terrain and walking required.

Other info

Signups are first-come, first-served.
Please only signup if you can commit to that day/time.
If sessions on a specific day don't fill, they may be consolidated or rescheduled.
If rain or bad weather is an issue, you can sign up for another open session.
Payment balances are due May 1. However, if your dancer signs up for a session prior to May 1, full payment is due by the session date.
For first-time gold ambassadors, I recommend one studio and one outdoor session.
Sessions are currently set through July 20. A few more sessions for Aug-Nov will be open for signup later this spring. However, I encourage gold members to sign up for these earlier sessions if it works with your schedule.
